I have no idea what causes the problem or how to fix it. the dvdrw im using is one of the new emprex 16 speed dual layer writers and im now trying the packard bell dvd-r for backin up, should i just bring the I like Toast. Mac OS X 10.4.8, dual 1.8GHz G5, 3.5 Gbytes RAM, permissions have been fixed several times, used both firewire and USB2 (both directly into the computer, not through any hubs or check over here
Have you tried burning to a different brand of media? When I burn the first session Toast appears to be writing the lead out as though I am burning the entire disk. Disks are Imation DVD+R DL, drive is LiteOn LH-201AP. it shows the same in Slow Copying Process solved PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED error Help! After that problem repeats.
